Unemployment by sex and age - annual data

In 2016, Estonia's unemployment by sex and age increased by 6.2% compared to 2015, reaching 6.8%.

The figure is below the EU-27 average of 9.3%.

Estonia ranks 19th out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the bottom half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has fallen by 44.7% (from 12.3% in 2011).
