Unemployment by sex and age - annual data

In 2021, Estonia's unemployment by sex and age decreased by 10.1% compared to 2020, reaching 6.2%.

The figure is below the EU-27 average of 7.1%.

Estonia ranks 14th out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the bottom half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has fallen by 8.8% (from 6.8% in 2016).
