Unemployment by sex and age - annual data

In 2016, Estonia's unemployment by sex and age decreased by 2.1% compared to 2015, reaching 14.0%.

The figure is below the EU-27 average of 20.7%.

Estonia ranks 20th out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the bottom half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has fallen by 37.2% (from 22.3% in 2011).
