At-risk-of-poverty rate by poverty threshold, age and sex - EU-SILC and ECHP surveys

In 2023, Finland's at-risk-of-poverty rate by poverty threshold, age and sex decreased by 9.9% compared to 2022, reaching 13.6%.

The figure is below the EU-27 average of 16.6%.

Finland ranks 22nd out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the bottom half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has grown by 3.0% (from 13.2% in 2018).
