In 2022, Finland's police-recorded offences by offence category increased by 0.7% compared to 2021, reaching 125,689.

Finland ranks 9th out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the top half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has grown by 3.7% (from 121,178 in 2017).
