Population structure indicators at national level

In 2008, Finland's population structure indicators at national level increased by 0.5% compared to 2007, reaching 41.5.

The figure is above the EU-27 average of 40.6.

Finland ranks 4th out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the top half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has grown by 3.5% (from 40.1 in 2003).
