Population structure indicators at national level

In 2010, Finland's population structure indicators at national level increased by 0.5% compared to 2009, reaching 42.0.

The figure is above the EU-27 average of 41.3.

Finland ranks 4th out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the top half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has grown by 2.9% (from 40.8 in 2005).
