Population in private households by educational attainment level

In 2021, Finland's population in private households by educational attainment level decreased by 10.9% compared to 2020, reaching 42.3%.

The figure is above the EU-27 average of 33.6%.

Finland ranks 8th out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the top half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has fallen by 1.9% (from 43.1% in 2016).
