Employment rates by educational attainment level

In 2024, Finland's employment rates by educational attainment level decreased by 0.2% compared to 2023, reaching 88.2%.

The figure is above the EU-27 average of 87.8%.

Finland ranks 17th out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the bottom half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has grown by 2.1% (from 86.4% in 2019).
