Employment rates by educational attainment level

In 2025, Finland's employment rates by educational attainment level increased by 0.2% compared to 2024, reaching 88.4%.

The figure is above the EU-27 average of 88.1%.

Finland ranks 16th out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the bottom half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has grown by 2.3% (from 86.4% in 2020).
