Population in private households by educational attainment level

In 2020, France's population in private households by educational attainment level increased by 4.5% compared to 2019, reaching 39.7%.

The figure is above the EU-27 average of 32.8%.

France ranks 12th out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the top half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has grown by 16.4% (from 34.1% in 2015).
