Employment rates by educational attainment level

In 2025, Greece's employment rates by educational attainment level increased by 1.6% compared to 2024, reaching 82.7%.

The figure is below the EU-27 average of 88.1%.

Greece ranks 27th out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the bottom half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has grown by 9.7% (from 75.4% in 2020).
