In 2020, Greece's police-recorded offences by offence category decreased by 28.7% compared to 2019, reaching 13,892.

Greece ranks 13th out of 24 EU member states with reported data — in the bottom half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has fallen by 69.7% (from 45,795 in 2015).
