Police-recorded offences by offence category

In 2019, Latvia's police-recorded offences by offence category decreased by 6.7% compared to 2018, reaching 13,111.

Latvia ranks 21st out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the bottom half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has fallen by 36.3% (from 20,578 in 2014).
