Police-recorded offences by offence category

In 2020, Latvia's police-recorded offences by offence category decreased by 2.4% compared to 2019, reaching 12,799.

Latvia ranks 21st out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the bottom half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has fallen by 34.0% (from 19,387 in 2015).
