Employment rates by educational attainment level

In 2024, Latvia's employment rates by educational attainment level increased by 0.3% compared to 2023, reaching 88.0%.

The figure is above the EU-27 average of 87.8%.

Latvia ranks 18th out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the bottom half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has fallen by 1.5% (from 89.3% in 2019).
