Employment rates by educational attainment level

In 2025, Latvia's employment rates by educational attainment level increased by 0.6% compared to 2024, reaching 88.5%.

The figure is above the EU-27 average of 88.1%.

Latvia ranks 15th out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the bottom half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has grown by 2.0% (from 86.8% in 2020).
