Police-recorded offences by offence category

In 2022, Latvia's police-recorded offences by offence category decreased by 0.6% compared to 2021, reaching 2,762.

Latvia ranks 21st out of 24 EU member states with reported data — in the bottom half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has fallen by 47.2% (from 5,231 in 2017).
