At-risk-of-poverty rate by poverty threshold, age and sex

In 2024, Lithuania's at-risk-of-poverty rate by poverty threshold, age and sex increased by 11.8% compared to 2023, reaching 19.0%.

The figure is below the EU-27 average of 19.3%.

Lithuania ranks 10th out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the top half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has fallen by 16.3% (from 22.7% in 2019).
