At-risk-of-poverty rate by poverty threshold, age and sex

In 2025, Lithuania's at-risk-of-poverty rate by poverty threshold, age and sex decreased by 11.1% compared to 2024, reaching 16.9%.

The figure is below the EU-27 average of 19.6%.

Lithuania ranks 14th out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the bottom half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has fallen by 15.5% (from 20.0% in 2020).
