At-risk-of-poverty rate by poverty threshold, age and sex - EU-SILC and ECHP surveys

In 2023, Lithuania's at-risk-of-poverty rate by poverty threshold, age and sex decreased by 4.5% compared to 2022, reaching 17.0%.

The figure is below the EU-27 average of 19.5%.

Lithuania ranks 14th out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the bottom half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has fallen by 28.9% (from 23.9% in 2018).
