At-risk-of-poverty rate by poverty threshold, age and sex - EU-SILC and ECHP surveys

In 2016, Lithuania's at-risk-of-poverty rate by poverty threshold, age and sex increased by 10.8% compared to 2015, reaching 27.7%.

The figure is above the EU-27 average of 14.3%.

Lithuania ranks 3rd out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the top half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has grown by 185.6% (from 9.7% in 2011).
