At-risk-of-poverty rate by poverty threshold, age and sex - EU-SILC and ECHP surveys

In 2024, Lithuania's at-risk-of-poverty rate by poverty threshold, age and sex increased by 2.2% compared to 2023, reaching 36.9%.

The figure is above the EU-27 average of 16.6%.

Lithuania ranks 4th out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the top half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has grown by 16.8% (from 31.6% in 2019).
