Distribution of population by tenure status, type of household and income group

In 2025, Lithuania's distribution of population by tenure status, type of household and income group decreased by 1.0% compared to 2024, reaching 86.5%.

The figure is above the EU-27 average of 68.5%.

Lithuania ranks 6th out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the top half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has fallen by 2.4% (from 88.6% in 2020).
