Distribution of population by tenure status, type of household and income group

In 2024, Lithuania's distribution of population by tenure status, type of household and income group decreased by 1.6% compared to 2023, reaching 87.4%.

The figure is above the EU-27 average of 68.4%.

Lithuania ranks 5th out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the top half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has fallen by 3.2% (from 90.3% in 2019).
