At-risk-of-poverty rate by poverty threshold, age and sex

In 2025, Luxembourg's at-risk-of-poverty rate by poverty threshold, age and sex decreased by 14.5% compared to 2024, reaching 14.2%.

The figure is below the EU-27 average of 15.5%.

Luxembourg ranks 16th out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the bottom half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has fallen by 16.5% (from 17.0% in 2020).
