Population structure indicators at national level

In 2009, Luxembourg's population structure indicators at national level increased by 0.3% compared to 2008, reaching 38.7.

The figure is below the EU-27 average of 41.0.

Luxembourg ranks 23rd out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the bottom half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has grown by 2.1% (from 37.9 in 2004).
