Employment rates by educational attainment level

In 2025, Luxembourg's employment rates by educational attainment level decreased by 0.1% compared to 2024, reaching 86.2%.

The figure is below the EU-27 average of 88.1%.

Luxembourg ranks 24th out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the bottom half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has grown by 1.8% (from 84.7% in 2020).
