Population structure indicators at national level

In 2022, Netherlands's population structure indicators at national level increased by 1.2% compared to 2021, reaching 34.1.

The figure is below the EU-27 average of 36.0.

Netherlands ranks 16th out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the bottom half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has grown by 8.9% (from 31.3 in 2017).
