Share of energy from renewable sources

In 2024, Poland's share of energy from renewable sources increased by 17.7% compared to 2023, reaching 30.4%.

The figure is below the EU-27 average of 47.5%.

Poland ranks 21st out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the bottom half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has grown by 111.5% (from 14.4% in 2019).
