Population structure indicators at national level

In 2022, Slovakia's population structure indicators at national level increased by 2.9% compared to 2021, reaching 28.2.

The figure is below the EU-27 average of 36.0.

Slovakia ranks 24th out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the bottom half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has grown by 21.0% (from 23.3 in 2017).
