Population structure indicators at national level

In 2022, Hungary's population structure indicators at national level increased by 1.8% compared to 2021, reaching 34.1.

The figure is below the EU-27 average of 36.0.

Hungary ranks 15th out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the bottom half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has grown by 13.7% (from 30.0 in 2017).
