Main indicators - share of renewable energy

In 2023, Slovakia's main indicators increased by 2.8% compared to 2022, reaching 9.2%.

The figure is below the EU-27 average of 11.0%.

Slovakia ranks 14th out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the bottom half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has grown by 31.4% (from 7.0% in 2018).
