Main indicators - share of renewable energy

In 2022, Slovakia's main indicators increased by 2.0% compared to 2021, reaching 8.9%.

The figure is below the EU-27 average of 9.6%.

Slovakia ranks 12th out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the top half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has grown by 28.5% (from 7.0% in 2017).
