Employment rates by educational attainment level

In 2025, Sweden's employment rates by educational attainment level increased by 0.1% compared to 2024, reaching 89.5%.

The figure is above the EU-27 average of 88.1%.

Sweden ranks 12th out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the top half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has grown by 0.2% (from 89.3% in 2020).
