Police-recorded offences by offence category

In 2016, Bulgaria's police-recorded offences by offence category decreased by 14.6% compared to 2015, reaching 32,727.

Bulgaria ranks 18th out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the bottom half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has fallen by 30.8% (from 47,323 in 2011).
