Police-recorded offences by offence category

In 2016, Bulgaria's police-recorded offences by offence category decreased by 15.6% compared to 2015, reaching 10,161.

Bulgaria ranks 17th out of 24 EU member states with reported data — in the bottom half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has fallen by 49.9% (from 20,272 in 2011).
