At-risk-of-poverty rate by poverty threshold, age and sex - EU-SILC and ECHP surveys

In 2022, Croatia's at-risk-of-poverty rate by poverty threshold, age and sex increased by 0.0% compared to 2021, reaching 32.4%.

The figure is above the EU-27 average of 17.3%.

Croatia ranks 5th out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the top half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has grown by 13.3% (from 28.6% in 2017).
