Employment rates by educational attainment level

In 2025, Croatia's employment rates by educational attainment level increased by 0.8% compared to 2024, reaching 90.1%.

The figure is above the EU-27 average of 88.1%.

Croatia ranks 11th out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the top half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has grown by 5.3% (from 85.6% in 2020).
