In 2018, Croatia's police-recorded offences by offence category decreased by 14.9% compared to 2017, reaching 10,906.

Croatia ranks 15th out of 24 EU member states with reported data — in the bottom half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has fallen by 41.0% (from 18,483 in 2013).
