At-risk-of-poverty rate by poverty threshold, age and sex - EU-SILC and ECHP surveys

In 2023, Czechia's at-risk-of-poverty rate by poverty threshold, age and sex decreased by 2.5% compared to 2022, reaching 7.9%.

The figure is below the EU-27 average of 15.4%.

Czechia ranks 27th out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the bottom half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has grown by 1.3% (from 7.8% in 2018).
