Government deficit/surplus, debt and associated data

The figure is below the EU-27 average of 81.7%.

Denmark ranks 25th out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the bottom half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has fallen by 38.3% (from 45.2% in 2020).
