At-risk-of-poverty rate by poverty threshold, age and sex - EU-SILC and ECHP surveys

In 2023, Estonia's at-risk-of-poverty rate by poverty threshold, age and sex increased by 17.6% compared to 2022, reaching 16.0%.

The figure is below the EU-27 average of 19.5%.

Estonia ranks 17th out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the bottom half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has grown by 5.3% (from 15.2% in 2018).
