At-risk-of-poverty rate by poverty threshold, age and sex - EU-SILC and ECHP surveys

In 2025, Estonia's at-risk-of-poverty rate by poverty threshold, age and sex increased by 14.9% compared to 2024, reaching 16.2%.

The figure is below the EU-27 average of 19.6%.

Estonia ranks 16th out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the bottom half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has grown by 6.6% (from 15.2% in 2020).
