At-risk-of-poverty rate by poverty threshold, age and sex - EU-SILC and ECHP surveys

In 2025, Greece's at-risk-of-poverty rate by poverty threshold, age and sex increased by 1.8% compared to 2024, reaching 22.8%.

The figure is above the EU-27 average of 19.6%.

Greece ranks 6th out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the top half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has grown by 9.1% (from 20.9% in 2020).
