At-risk-of-poverty rate by poverty threshold, age and sex - EU-SILC and ECHP surveys

In 2024, Estonia's at-risk-of-poverty rate by poverty threshold, age and sex decreased by 10.0% compared to 2023, reaching 22.5%.

The figure is above the EU-27 average of 16.9%.

Estonia ranks 4th out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the top half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has fallen by 5.1% (from 23.7% in 2019).
