At-risk-of-poverty rate by poverty threshold, age and sex

In 2025, Estonia's at-risk-of-poverty rate by poverty threshold, age and sex decreased by 6.7% compared to 2024, reaching 21.0%.

The figure is above the EU-27 average of 17.1%.

Estonia ranks 5th out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the top half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has fallen by 5.8% (from 22.3% in 2020).
