Main indicators - share of renewable energy

In 2023, Estonia's main indicators increased by 6.3% compared to 2022, reaching 9.1%.

The figure is below the EU-27 average of 11.0%.

Estonia ranks 16th out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the bottom half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has grown by 173.5% (from 3.3% in 2018).
