At-risk-of-poverty rate by poverty threshold, age and sex - EU-SILC and ECHP surveys

In 2025, Finland's at-risk-of-poverty rate by poverty threshold, age and sex increased by 6.0% compared to 2024, reaching 12.3%.

The figure is below the EU-27 average of 19.6%.

Finland ranks 24th out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the bottom half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has grown by 6.0% (from 11.6% in 2020).
