Population structure indicators at national level

In 2016, Finland's population structure indicators at national level increased by 3.2% compared to 2015, reaching 35.5.

The figure is above the EU-27 average of 32.2.

Finland ranks 2nd out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the top half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has grown by 21.2% (from 29.3 in 2011).
